About Stefi

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Media Arts from the Emily Carr Institute of Art + Design in 2001.

Though trained as a classical animator Stephanie endeavours to capture the moment or soul of her subject through her photography, drawings, paintings and mixed media.

Stephanie has pushed her boundaries and looked beyond what is before us, peeling back the layers and revealing the essence within.

My explorations into ‘what lies beneath’ manifested into my animation, giving inanimate objects a soul and movement and life.”
